When talking about different peppers, it is important to know the benefits of various types and the unique nutrients they can offer. Two peppers often compared to poblano chile are pepper and serrano pepper.

What do they have in Common?

First, let’s look at the points in common between these three types of peppers. All three contain high levels of antioxidants, which makes everyone provide some protection against heart disease, eye disease, cancer and skin disorders and diseases.
